Irish Dance * irish dance * Irish Dance
General Information

Enrollment for new irish dance students is on-going throughout the year. Classes are held one to two times per week on a regular schedule.

Each new student attends one month at current tuition rates on a trial month basis, without further obligation or commitment. To participate in the trial month, students are not required to purchase shoes or uniform.

At the end of the trial month, continuing students may enroll in the school at which time they pay the annual enrollment fee (currently $20 per family) and purchase the class uniform. The class uniform is the grey school t-shirt ($12) and black shorts.

Traditional Irish Dancing Shoes are only necessary when the student is ready to perform in public. New shoes are available at the Irish import shops. Used shoes are available in class and listed in the For Sale section of our website.

Entering competitions when the time comes is encouraged but not mandatory. Beginning students do not require full costumes to enter competitions. Boys can wear black pants with a white shirt and tie. Girls can wear a black and red plaid skirt (available through the school) and a white blouse.
